The villa is located only 300 m from the sandy, shallow-watered beach of Loutraki, where swimming can be enjoyed in the crystal clear turquoise waters within a lovely sheltered bay. Villa  has a spacious, natural stone terrace which dominates the front of the property. This luxury villa rental comprises of three floors. The top level which is also the entrance level, hosts a large fully equipped open plan kitchen leading to a spacious relaxed living room where you can relax while you are dining with friends. On the bridge level, there is one master en-suite bedroom with private balcony and two more bedrooms sharing one bathroom. In addition, the lower floor which is the garden level, consists of two double en-suite bedrooms with shared bathroom and a small kitchenette. Throughout the villa, there are many large windows making the most of the natural sunlight and providing panoramic sea views from any room.
