Villa used to be a traditional oil press and comprises of 3 different suites: Olive tree, Pomegranate tree and Walnut tree. The villa is situated in the greater Apokoronos Chania area, in Agios Pavlos Gavalochori which is one of the most picturesque villages of Europe. 

The crisp modern design in combination with the traditional architecture of this exceptional villa provides lots of light and comfortable leisure options, from the substantial open-plan living space with accompanying balconies. Elements such as the main entrance, the traditional exterior oven, the semicircular arches typical of the architecture of the time, as well as the original oil extraction machinery, have all been preserved intact. The property is fully equipped with high quality audio systems and Wi-Fi throughout the building and outdoors areas. 

The main building comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan dining area and a living room making the villa ideal for gatherings. The olive tree cottage suite consists of a king sized master bedroom, a twin sized double bedroom and a bathroom. The pomegranate cottage suite has two king sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The walnut tree cottage suite features one king sized double bedroom and one bathroom. 

The outdoor areas consist of an infinity swimming pool, spacious seating and dining areas and amazing landscaped gardens.
