House, positioned in front of the sea, in an almost private beach, ideal for a quiet and relaxing family
vacation. Consists of three levels, has three bedrooms, two on up floor and one on basement, has two WCbathrooms and one bathroom on basement and living room and kitchen on ground floor. The house has
security system and security door, satellite T.V., full air-conditioning, free internet, washing machines for
clothes and for dishes, barbeque place, a small swimming pool and generally furnished and decorated byus
for personal use, to make our stay comfortable.From the house has a panoramic view to the mountain and
the sea. Has two shaded parking spaces and it is available from 1/5-31/10/15.
In SITHONIA of CHALKIDIKI is our house. It is one and half hour away from the Thessaloniki airport
(SKG) and really close to some of the most beautiful and clean beaches of the country! Within a bay on30
acres is a unique complex of 33 maisons extending from the slopes of the mountain to the seashore.
Approaches to complex cross a lovely 7.5 kms route,surrounded by nature and by the sea, of which 2 Kms
are on gravel road. The complex, that includes a basketball and tennis courts, is only 15km away fromthe
picturesque and bustling N. MARMARA with the port, good taverns, super markets, 11km away from the
cosmic 5* hotel PORTO CARRAS, with the marina for sailboats, beach bars and the international golf
course. On the other direction in 12km away is TORONI with the historical findings and the beautiful
beaches and after 4km from there you reach the graphic PORTO KOUFOS, a small natural harbor, with
traditional fish taverns.
The house has a weekly cleaning service with extra charge, that it includes changing all bed sheets and
towels, cleaning and freshening up of the entire house and necessary care for the small pool.
In case you need a crib/baby cot you need to let meknow at least three days in advance.
The neighbours are mostly families who are there torest and relax, and it is important that during
siesta and night times there is silence and a respectful behaviour.
Every piece of furniture and household items must be at their original place when leaving the maizon at the
end of your stay.
