The hotel is located in the unique biotope Corine of Vatopedi – an area enriched with its own special micro climate and often described as a heaven hidden in the valley of Chalkidiki – this luxurious three leveled villa (320sq2) built within a private property of 28000sq2, referred to as the terminal point of a route widely known as the road of fruits. At a short distance of 100m from the sea coast it provides a breathtaking view of the sandy beachfront, a river and the crystal waters running through. The ground level of the villa offers unlimited access to the beautifully maintained garden displaying a variety of planted fine herbs and a barbeque space with bathroom via a large terrace and huge windows. The upper floor consists of two King size beds, bathrooms and big balconies with a magnificent view of the natural surroundings. The ground floor consists of two double King size beds, bathrooms and a comfortable living room with an extra room. The villas interior design is set to be completely equipped and furnished by April 30 in order to create an ideally warm, comfortable and pleasant environment for families with children and those looking for an unforgettable relaxing experience due to the absence of any sound or lights pollution.
The villa is located near the village of Ormilia and the hotel of Porto Carras, where facilities such as golf fields and a Casino are provided. The nearest hospital is placed in Polygyros, while a vet can be found in the village of Ormilia. At a walking distance of less than 100m there is a Greek restaurant which is offering a wide range of local dishes. A car is required in order to travel around, thus discovering the beautiful beaches of the peninsula of Kassandra. Also, travel to Agion Oros by taking a boat from the moorage of Panagia.
