The villa has been designed for modern living at its most luxurious. Custom made furniture features throughout the property which is set on two levels. The main entrance at ground floor level is paved in natural stone, a sculpture known for the perfect proportions of the human body it depicts. Above the marble staircase is a traditional church bell tower robed in a flowering bougainvillea. Reached via a marble staircase, the lower floor is the heart of the property. The full height windows, flood the living space with natural light. Leather sofas are grouped around a smart TV and 3D Cinema system. A corner office space and seating area for games or reading complete the space. The state of the art kitchen is equipped to a professional standard. A service hatch from kitchen to dining room means privacy is maintained if staff are employed. The Master Bedroom, at the far end of this level, has a private balcony with access to the manicured garden, plunge pool and beach. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with double wash basins, shower cabin and massage bath tub. A Turkish Steam Room with Haman bath is one feature that makes this property unique. A massage therapist is available for therapeutic and wellness treatments. There is also an entrance to the property on the lower ground floor. The ground floor has its own open plan living space and kitchen, again furnished and equipped to a high standard. Sea views dominate this area and the ground level patio and veranda are accessible through the kitchen. With boat cabin style windows that create the impression of travelling without moving, the two double bedrooms both have en-suite shower rooms. The ground floor can be treated as an independent area as it can be reached from a separate, all weather covered corridor at street level or internally via a wooden staircase leading up from the lower ground floor. Outdoor To stay in a property that literally ‘sits’ on the sea is rare and the advantages of its location should be exploited. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen and canopied dining area are perfect for barbecues and long, lazy lunches. Swinging chairs made for reading or snoozing in to the sound of crickets in the nearby olive trees. The lower ground floor has a lush, green lawn and narrow Pétanque pitch.
At night the specially designed lighting enhances the property both inside and out. A long stretch of decking sits just above the pebbled coastline, giving the impression that the sun loungers are floating above the sea. The circular plunge pool and swinging chaise lounge add to the luxury and decadence of this area. Amenities include a drinks refrigerator and small WC. The location of  the Villa, Chlomos makes it special. It is only 30 minutes from the historic centre, Corfu Town, making sightseeing, shopping and cultural trips easy. The local area is traditional Greek with no noisy bars or nightlife close by. For dining out there are taverns within walking distance.
